Where a production timeframe is provided on a product page, this is an estimated production timeframe and does not include shipping or delivery time.

Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the relevant carrier and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure orders are dispatched and delivered within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, supply disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us with your order number so that we can investigate the issue with the relevant carrier.
