What comes with my Yeh Yeh order?
Every order includes your chosen backplate, ready to give your cabinetry a little personality.
Ordered a backplate with hardware? You’ll also receive your chosen hardware and fixing hardware needed for installation.
Do Yeh Yeh backplates with hardware come with screws?
Yep. We’ve got the boring bits covered.
Backplates ordered with hardware come with the required fixing hardware, so you’ll have what you need to get started.
Can I use Yeh Yeh on existing cabinetry?
Absolutely. New kitchen? Existing cabinetry? A little facelift because you’re bored of looking at the same doors?
Our backplates and hardware can be fitted to existing cabinetry, provided the measurements and fixing points are suitable. Check your measurements before ordering to make sure everything lines up.
Will Yeh Yeh work with my kitchen or bathroom cabinetry?
Absolutely! Our hardware is designed for everyday use throughout the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, laundries and more.

Do Yeh Yeh backplates fit standard cabinet holes?
Not always! Hole positions can vary between cabinets and hardware styles, so it’s best to check the measurements on your chosen product before ordering.
Will my backplate look exactly like it does on the website?
We do our best to show our colours as accurately as possible, but they may look slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and the natural characteristics of the material.
A little variation is normal, so keep that in mind when choosing your favourite.

What tools do I need to install my Yeh Yeh?
A drill, the right drill bit, a screwdriver and something to measure and mark your fixing points. Tools may vary depending on your cabinetry and the holes you already have. Check out our installation instructions here.

Where does Yeh Yeh ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide, with every order sent from Australia using our delivery partners.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. You’ll see the available options and costs before you pay.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Good things take a little time!
We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you tracking details.
Most Australian orders arrive within 4–10 business days from the day you order, including packing and dispatch time. Delivery times can vary depending on where you live and your courier.
Choosing express shipping? It speeds up delivery once your order has been dispatched, but doesn’t speed up our packing time.
How long does it take to make my Yeh Yeh?
Our products are made in carefully planned production runs, so timings can vary depending on what’s in stock. If your chosen Yeh Yeh has a special lead time, we’ll let you know on the product page before you order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with your tracking details. Follow the link to see where your parcel is on its journey to you.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no! That’s definitely not the Yeh Yeh way.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll look into it and work with you to get things sorted.
What if something is missing from my order?

Check your order confirmation and packing slip first. If something’s still missing, get in touch with your order number and a photo of what you received. We’ll look into it and help get things sorted.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Oops! That’s not what we ordered either.
Send us your order number and a photo of the item you received, and we’ll look into it and help sort things out.
Can I return or exchange my Yeh Yeh?
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging.

KEEPING IT PRETTY
How do I clean my Yeh Yeh?
Easy! Just wipe it with a soft, damp micro cloth, then dry with a clean one. Good as new!
Can I use cleaning products on my backplate and hardware?
Best to keep the cleaning products away. A soft, damp micro cloth is all you need. Harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners can damage the surface, so give those a miss.
Will the acrylic scratch?
Acrylic is durable, but like any finished surface it can be scratched by abrasive materials or rough handling.
Avoid scourers, abrasive cloths, gritty cleaners and anything sharp that could mark the surface.
A little care goes a long way.
