What comes with my Yeh Yeh order?
Your Yeh Yeh backplate comes ready to make a statement. If you’ve chosen a backplate with hardware, you’ll also receive the matching hardware required for installation.
Do Yeh Yeh backplates with hardware come with screws?
Yep. We’ve got the boring bits covered.
Our backplates with hardware are supplied with the appropriate fixing hardware, so you can get straight to the fun part, making your cabinetry look considerably better.
Can I use Yeh Yeh on existing cabinetry?
Absolutely. New kitchen? Existing cabinetry? A little facelift because you’re bored of looking at the same doors?
Yeh Yeh backplates or backplates with hardware can be installed on existing cabinetry, provided the door dimensions and fixing points are suitable. We recommend checking your measurements before ordering.
Will Yeh Yeh work with my kitchen or bathroom cabinetry?
Yes. Our hardware is designed for everyday use throughout the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, laundries and other cabinetry.
Basically, wherever there’s a door or drawer asking for a little more personality!
Do your backplates fit standard cabinet holes?
Can I mix and match backplates and knobs?
Will my backplate look exactly like it does on the website?
Good question. Colour can vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting and the natural characteristics of the material.
We do our best to photograph our colours as accurately as possible, but your screen isn’t always telling the whole story.

GETTING IT ON
Can I install Yeh Yeh hardware myself?
If you're comfortable with a drill and measuring twice, absolutely.
Our hardware is designed with straightforward installation in mind. If DIY isn't your love language, we recommend having your cabinetmaker or installer take care of it.
What tools do I need to install my Yeh Yeh?
For most installations, you'll need a drill, the appropriate drill bit, a screwdriver and something to measure and mark your fixing points.
The exact tools may vary depending on your cabinetry and existing holes.
Take your time, measure carefully and don't let the drill get too excited.
Can I use my existing holes?
Potentially.
Whether you can reuse your existing holes depends on the location of those holes and the fixing points of your chosen Yeh Yeh.
Check the product measurements before ordering. If the existing holes don't align, you'll need to consider whether new fixing holes can be made in your cabinetry.
What if my existing holes don’t line up?
No drama.
If your existing holes don't align with the fixing points of your Yeh Yeh, you may need to drill new holes.
Before doing anything permanent, check the product measurements carefully and make sure the new fixing position will work with your cabinetry. If you're unsure, your cabinetmaker or installer can help.
Can I install Yeh Yeh on drawers as well as doors?

Where does Yeh Yeh ship?
We currently ship within Australia.
All orders are dispatched from Australia and sent using our nominated delivery partners.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Any available shipping options and applicable costs will be shown before you complete your purchase.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Good things take a little time.
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has left us, you'll receive tracking details by email.
Most Australian orders arrive within approximately 4–10 business days from the date your order is placed, including packing and dispatch time. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and courier network.
Please note: Express shipping reduces transit time once your order has been dispatched. It does not speed up our packing and dispatch time.
How long does it take to make my Yeh Yeh?
Our products are made in carefully managed production runs, so processing times can vary depending on stock availability.
If an item has a specific lead time, we'll let you know on the product page before you order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking details.
You can use the tracking link provided to follow your parcel's journey from us to you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you've changed your mind, contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to make changes or cancel your order if it hasn't yet entered processing or production. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Please contact us with your order number and we'll let you know what we can do.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no. That's definitely not the Yeh Yeh way.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and damaged item.
We'll assess the issue and work with you to get things sorted.
What if something is missing from my order?
Don't panic.
Check your order confirmation and packing slip first, then get in touch with your order number and a photo of what you've received.
We'll investigate and make sure any missing items are sorted.
What if I receive the wrong item?
That's not what we ordered either.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item you've received. We'll look into it and organise the next steps.
Can I return or exchange my Yeh Yeh?
Changed your mind? It happens.
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging.

KEEPING IT PRETTY
How do I clean my Yeh Yeh?
Keep it simple.
A soft, damp cloth is usually all you need to keep your Yeh Yeh looking fresh.
For best results, wipe gently and dry with a clean, soft cloth. No industrial-strength scrubbing required.
Can I use cleaning products on my backplate and hardware?
We recommend keeping cleaning products away from your acrylic backplate wherever possible.
Use a soft, damp cloth rather than abrasive cleaners, solvents, scourers or harsh chemicals, as these can damage or dull the surface.
Will the acrylic scratch?
Acrylic is durable, but like any finished surface it can be scratched by abrasive materials or rough handling.
Avoid scourers, abrasive cloths, gritty cleaners and anything sharp that could mark the surface.
A little care goes a long way.
